Location & Accessibility
Where exactly is MULLERTHAL VILLAGE – Campers & Cabins located?

The motorhome site is situated in the charming village of Müllerthal, in the heart of Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland. Most hiking trails start right from the park.

What about public transport?

There is a bus stop right outside the motorhome park. Public transport is free in Luxembourg.

Is there a place to get information about the local area?

Yes, there is a tourist information point near the motorhome park where you can get details about the area, walking routes, and attractions.

Bookings & Payments
When is the motorhome site open?

The motorhome site is open year-round.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, you can adjust your reservation. Please contact us by email to do so.

Can I cancel my booking?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel bookings.

How can I make a booking?

You can easily book online or on-site via the kiosk. Stays are limited to a maximum of 7 days.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made easily by debit card or via PayPal.

Arrival & Stay
How do I check in?

You can check in online or directly at the kiosk on the motorhome site.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
  • Check-in: from 1:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?

No, this is unfortunately not possible. You can only stay longer by booking an additional night, with a maximum stay of 7 days.

Are pets allowed on the motorhome pitches?

Yes, up to 2 pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Are barbecues allowed on the motorhome pitches?

Yes, gas barbecues are allowed. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted.

Is a campfire allowed?

No, open campfires are not allowed. However, there is a designated central fire pit where you can make a campfire.

Facilities & Amenities
Are sanitary facilities available?

Yes, sanitary facilities are available. For an extra fee, you can also book private sanitary facilities if available.

Are there electrical hookups at the motorhome pitches?

Yes, each pitch has an electrical hookup. This can be booked for an additional fee.

Is the motorhome park wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is a special wheelchair-accessible pitch available. This pitch also includes private wheelchair-accessible sanitary facilities.

Is there WiFi at the motorhome pitch?

Yes, free WiFi is available for all motorhome guests.

What facilities are there for children?

The motorhome park has a small playground. Right next to the park is a large water playground with a ball run.

Can I charge my electric camper?

Yes, there are three dedicated motorhome pitches with charging stations.

Is there a restaurant on the motorhome park?

No, there is no restaurant on the motorhome park itself. However, there is a restaurant located just next to the park.

Can I rent a bike at the park?

No, you cannot rent bikes directly at the park. But you can pre-book a bike through the tourist information center.
